My research questions focus on understanding how biotic and abiotic factors influence changes in ecospace utilization through time. I'm particularly interested in the Pliocene and Pleistocene and how significant ocean restructuring that occurred at this time impacted the evolutionary history of the clades and communities of the Pacific.
