Her work: "I do writing and content development for outreach projects at the museum. So that means a lot of science writing — mostly for the Understanding Evolution website, but also for the main UCMP site, and for our newest project, Understanding Science."
Her background: Anna has a masters degree in Integrative Biology and a Ph.D. in Science Education, both from UC Berkeley. As she puts it, "I started working for UCMP as a grad student and haven't been able to quit the habit."
Her favorite thing about her work: "I get to learn about new scientific research every day and talk to the scientists who are doing that work. Plus, I feel like I'm doing something important to promote science literacy."
